What we collect

When you book, receive a statement or contact us we collect contact and billing details (name, phone, email, billing address, employer or account name) and the payment information needed to process your payment. Protected health information is handled by each practice under HIPAA; this website collects no health information. Billing records are kept as required by law.

How we use it

To schedule and bill visits, process payments, issue statements and receipts, respond to questions and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell patient information and we do not send marketing email without consent.

Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment providers; card details go directly to those providers and are not stored on our systems. Statement payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com/privacy).

Sharing

We share billing information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, practice-management software, email, accounting), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law. Health information is shared only as each practice's HIPAA notice describes.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and access

Billing records are kept as required by law. To review or correct your billing information, email info@raddpayments.com; for medical records, contact the practice directly.
