A healthcare services group with one back office.
Who we are
RBS Med is the healthcare services group of Radd Payment Solutions, LLC, a Massachusetts company that runs payments, receivables, bookkeeping and payroll for operating businesses. RBS Med is where that capability is applied to outpatient practices we operate or partner with.
Today the group includes a longevity and IV-therapy clinic in California, a behavioral-health practice in Ohio, a dental-implant practice and a primary-care medical office, each operated through its own RBS company with its own licensed clinicians.
How the group works
Each company runs its own practice under the clinical and ownership rules of its state. What they share is the back office: patient billing, payment reconciliation, receivables, bookkeeping, payroll coordination and reporting run centrally, so clinicians see clean numbers and spend their time with patients. The same team provides billing and bookkeeping support to a small number of partner practices who keep their own name and clinicians. It is a back-office service for established practices we work with directly, not a public offering.
