### How patients pay

Patients pay at the practice or online at booking; employer and membership accounts are invoiced by the practice that provides the care, with a secure link to pay by card, ACH or bank transfer.

- At the practice Card and contactless at the front desk through the practice's payment terminal, or online when you book. Itemized receipts by email.

- Treatment plans and memberships Written treatment plan or membership agreement, deposit where applicable, and scheduled payments as stages complete.

- Employer and insured balances Employer accounts and patient-responsibility balances are invoiced by the practice and paid online by card, ACH or bank transfer.
